Overview
Located in the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains, Oh Ridge Campground is part of Inyo National Forest. The campground has 143 sites for RVs, trailers, or tents spread across multiple loops. There are no group sites.
Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, picnic tables, food lockers, and grills. Nearby Pine Cliff Resort has showers, laundry facilities, bait, and fishing licenses for sale. The campground is open from late April through mid-October.
Dogs are allowed in the campground as long as they’re leashed at all times.

NoReservations are available through the online portal at www.recreation.gov or by calling ** **760-934-5795. Sites are $33 for most nights or $35 on holidays. A nonrefundable $10 reservation fee applies to all bookings. Sites can accommodate up to 6 people and 2 vehicles. There is a max stay of 14 days in any 30-day period, calculated on a rolling basis.
Group Camping Reservations
There are no group sites at Oh Ridge. Up to four single reservations can be booked together in a single transaction for groups that would like to combine multiple individual sites into a shared space. All individual rules apply.
Campsite Reservation Cancellations
Cancellations will be charged a $10 fee, and all requests should be submitted online or by calling 760-934-5795. A late fee of one night’s stay will be assessed for any cancellations within 1 calendar day of arrival.

Nearby Campgrounds to Oh Ridge Campground
Oh Ridge has basic amenities such as drinking water and flush toilets, but the lack of a dump station and showers can make it less convenient for long-term stays. Guests who prefer luxuries and convenient access to heating or air conditioning may prefer to stay in campgrounds with electric hookups. However, Oh Ridge is extremely affordable at a nightly rate of $33.
Furthermore, Oh Ridge has a wealth of outdoor activities in different settings. From hiking in the mountains to swimming in June Lake, there are plenty of options for travelers who like a diverse selection of things to do. Even though there’s no access to the ocean, the views of June Lake are unbeatable, and guests can choose between swimming, fishing, and boating.
June Lake Campground
June Lake Campground is located next to June Lake with easy access to two marinas. Amenities are comparable to Oh Ridge, but guests at June Lake Campground can reach the lake and the town on foot. Nightly rates are slightly cheaper at $28 for standard reservations and $30 on holidays.
Gull Lake Campground
Gull Lake is located in the same national forest as Oh Ridge. There are only 11 sites, 5 of which are next to Gull Lake. This campground can accommodate tents or trailers and RVs up to 25 feet (compared to 40 feet at Oh Ridge). Gull Lake is a more private alternative to Oh Ridge that won’t be as crowded while still allowing access to Gull Lake, June Lake, and Mono Creek. The nightly rate is $5 cheaper than Oh Ridge.
Reversed Creek Campground
Reversed Creek Campground has 17 sites available for $28 (or $30 on holidays). It isn’t far from Gull Lake, Mono Creek, and June Lake. Sites have more shade and privacy compared to Oh Ridge. The maximum length for trailers and RVs is 30 feet.
Silver Lake Campground
Silver Lake Campground has sites close to Silver Lake and some next to Rush Creek. Horseback riding is allowed on nearby trails. Sites at this location can accommodate tents or trailers and RVs up to 40 feet. There are also double sites available, which is a rarity among other campgrounds at Inyo National Forest. Single sites are $28 (or $30 on holidays) and doubles are $56 (or $60 on holidays).
